Bob Czagrinski

Bob is the hero of the simulator - a fallible EMS provider who fends off various ambulance mishaps with nothing but his wits and his stethoscope.  When you make good decisions in the simulator, Bob will do something clinically sound, smart, or just plain cool.  He is a bad-ass with a patch.

Mortimer Wellesley

Mortimer is Bob’s partner - a well-meaning but completely inept EMS provider.  When you make bad decisions in the simulator, there is a fair chance Mortimer will kill your patient in a spectacular way.  He is easily the biggest public health risk in Mercy City, NJ.

Walter Reeves

Walter is the operations manager at Mercy City Medical Center and Bob and Mortimer’s boss.  He is also the cheapest person ever to walk the earth.  Walter enjoyed “A Christmas Carol” but couldn’t stand behind Ebenezer Scrooge’s extravagant spending in the film.   He will watch your supply utilization like a hawk.
