Decision-Making

The EMS Simulator takes you through a clinical scenario as the EMS provider (EMT or Paramedic).  Choose wisely and you save the patient - earning endless EMS glory in the process. Choose poorly and your partner Mortimer will kill the patient in the most spectacular way possible.

Ever see a CHF exacerbation? Beck’s triad?   Cushing’s Reflex?  Sarin exposure?  Virtual versions of these maladies in the context of an EMS call are just a mouse-click away.

The Simulator is written around the stories of the Bob Czagrinski and Mortimer Wellesly. They are prototypical salty urban EMS workers - you probably know providers just like them.   They curse, they say terrible things, and they rail against the system, but at the end of the day they take the best possible care of the patient.  And that’s all you can really ask isn’t it?

Bad Acting

We don’t have actor money.  Or director money.  Or professional editor money.  You are getting the best efforts of a bunch of EMTs and Medics during their downtime, along with all the bloopers and amateur acting that goes along with that.  Good thing it’s free!
